We appreciated the friendly welcome we received upon arrival, it really set a positive tone for our visit. the bed proved very comfortable. Its firmness was just right for a restful sleep. we found a kettle in our room along with complimentary tea and coffee, a thoughtful touch. also our dining experience in the restaurant impressed us. The restaurant décor was pleasing.
The toilet seat in our room felt a bit wobbly. It wasn't fitted quite right.

I found the staff amazing and helpful, they were so friendly! parking outside was really convenient, and the location was close to a venue i needed to get to, so it was perfect! the bed was also very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep.
the hotel needs a good spruce up. it's very tired and could do with a lick of paint and generally a good clean.

The staff were so amazing and accommodating. They were really helpful! the garden at the rear was wonderful, i totally loved it. it was the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. plus, the rooms and bathroom were lovely!
my room really needs a solid deep clean! the desk was full of crumbs and general dirt, i even spotted some rogue hairs on the fireplace below the mirror, yikes.

The room smelled musty. The bed also had a faint smell of smoke, transferring to my hair. Toilet paper was partially used. The bed sheet had a hole.
